I’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the recreation of the book that kickstarted my return to art making, and in doing so, my return to myself.

Art is my ship.
Art is both my shelter and my vehicle.
With my art I can weather and sail through any storm.
With art - I am unsinkable.
The above illustration is a fold from a book of drawings I filled from mid October of 2014 to mid December of 2014. I had found myself lost in a sea of trouble and by drawing in this book, I rescued myself. The book, unfortunately, was sacrificed to the storm. However, knowing this book’s value to me and fearing for the worst - its destruction - I have high resolution scans of every page and I hope to resurrect this 160 something page book and self publish it as an act of both resilience and perseverance.
